Store Policy:

All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. Dollars and all transactions must be conducted in U.S. currency. A 50% deposit must be sent for any order over $100. Foreign customers must send payments in U.S. currency for the full amount, plus shipping charges. Special items made to order are not returnable or refundable.

Returns: 

No merchandise may be returned without written authorization and instruction from us. Any returns must be in unused, resealable condition and must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery, for exchange or store credit only. No cash refund. There is a 20% restocking charge on regular items returned. We will not accept returns on items after 30 days.

We accept U.S. checks payable to "Orthodox Church Supplies of America." Mailing address is below.  We can also bill existing customers, as needed.
